Hi @maccg12  Instead of creating two seperate activities you could create one activity in which first experience wil be AAM segment, and other will be All visitors. This shall resolve your issue.

Hi @gpolkin1  Audience that you setup in targeting tab are activity level audience. Audience refinement is recipe level audience. Activity level audience are checked while entering into activity, recipe level audience is used to qualify for particular mbox modifications.

Hi @most78    You could create data element in launch to fetch cookie value and pass that data element as a mbox param. now in target audience library choose custom audience > parameter equals > XYZ and create segment. now use that segment in target activity.
