There are multiple options to programmatically create Content Fragments in AEM. 1. You can use Assets HTTP API to create content fragments once you know what needs to go into the Fragment:https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/assets/extending/assets-api-content-fragments.html#create 2. Hi Pablo,In AEM 6.5 you can export Experience Fragments (which can contain Content Fragments or any component) to Adobe Target as both HTML and JSON offers. Using the Adobe Mobile SDK / Experience Cloud SDK, you can now pull in these offers for a personalized experience in HTML to an AEM site and in JSON for Mobile and other 3rd party applications to then render to the client.
