If you're using json format data in content fragments, then you will not have control on change the format at page level. Go to configuration manager in OSGI, http://localhost:4502/system/console/configMgr and search for CQ MSM Content Update Action configuration and make sure the properties are not in the excluded properties list.

@pradeepdubey82 you're referring the right url. We had the similar issues & XFs will not work properly without compatible version of core components.  Please make sure to install SP and core components package compatible and issue would be resolved.
