Mayank,Did you have luck with the issue?  I have determined the feature will only work for a couple attachments that are added or removed a minimal number of times.

I am having an issue with file attachment script.  If several files are attached (3+) and removed, they can no longer be opened.  Also, the actual attachments are not being capture in the list on the form properly. Thanks for your assistance.

Yes, that is correct.  All of the other topics state that this only occurs with dynamic forms in browser PDF viewers.  I often times see these in Acrobat DC which is confusing for end-users.

I looked at the security settings for a reader extended PDF vs. a non-reader extended PDF and they are identical.  The security settings only change after applying an encryption method.  It would be more efficient if there was a way to see that the reader extension has been applied, and if so, from ...

Unfortunately, I cannot encrypt using certificate after applying the reader extension.  The two methods cannot be used together regardless of the order. This is a flaw since passwords only provide 128 bit encryption, which is no longer compliant.  Thanks for your help.
