Looking at the logs you shared, this seems to be an issue of corrupted index. For the oak version you are currently using,you can reindex the damAssetLucene index by setting its property "reindex" to true. You can also download the oak index manager package from ACS commons to reindex .However this utility has been depricated now because AEM 6.2+ have better version of this utility inbuilt.Also the reindexing can be an expensive operation. Also in your case you are having the folder name as "aem 6.1". Mind the space between aem and 6.1.
