Currently when sync errors occurs for activities, there is no error or debug log available to help determine what is causing the issue . Thus a customer care incident needs to be submitted. Having the debug log would help to self diagnose the issue and take corrective action as needed.

pankajg1611582​ If you created the activity inside the Target interface you will see the option to activate as below.If the activity was created in AEM, then you will need to activate the same from AEM. Also please check your permissions to ensure that you have the right access. Hope this helps.

Yes I believe that you should be able to. But make sure to test the same. If it doesn't work then make sure to use the visitor profile option.
