@sachincs1991 Have you tried enabling SQL logs on delivery analysis? This might help you understand when is that temp table gettign deleted. If this is not happening any longer, this may not be useful to troubleshoot.

Hi, You can contact Adobe support by logging into adminconsole(https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support) or make a phone call @ 1-800-497-0335 . From the logs, it seems like the delivery is set to finished in an hour. I think you should check with support on this one.

Hi, Yeah you have to gve some access with groups, like campaign managers, delivery supervisor or something. Even if you give read access, you should still give some basic access like "Access to reports" if you want to give access to asystem folder or a folder inside a system folder. But if you want to give access to a custom root folder, you do not have to give any system groups like access to reports or delivery supervisor but you can create a custom group and add the user in that group.

Hi, You need to go to the folders on which you need to give read only access to users and right click> open properties> go to security tab and add the group of users/ users in authorizations and select it and uncheck write and delete boxes. Make sure you select the group or user you want to modify the permissions for once you add in authorizations. You can also check propagate box if you would like to give same access to under lying folders. Thanks!

Hi, I think you should first check with Adobe support if the delivery status is updated in mid instance, if it is not updated on mid, you can take their help to troubleshoot further as the issue is on mid instance. Also you may have to compare the delivery parameters like routing, Affinity among those deliveries, also the delivery status is moved to finished in 2 days and other two are in retry pending, have you changed retry settings or validity settings for this delivery? Hi Sheetal,This is a field from nm:delivery table- If application is not able to parse it, I think it is either referenced wrong in delivery input form or nms:delivery schema is changed and this field does not exist any longer.I think it must have referenced as wrong in input form, there are many references to this field in that form. It has to be referenced as [/delivery/@contentEditingMode] in all the places.

@pfrew If you have extended your broadlog, you may have used different target mapping(and different storage for broadlog and tracking logs), but the code you used will only use out of the box target mapping, and OOTB recipient broadlog. Hi Ken,In order to do any operation on a host, you need to run the workflow on that particular host. And you need to have wfserver running on that particular host, If you are having wfserver running on an instance, you can specify affinity to select host on which you want to run the workflow. WKF-560029 The document types of inbound events ('' and 'head:profile') are incompatible (step 'Update data 2') - Here the inbound dimension and the dimension selected in properties(profile) are not matching. I think it is better to check with Adobe campaign support to review the configurations. Without seeing how the workflow was setup, it is not so easy to provide what could have caused this. Hi, Contact date is when a delivery is started to send out or scheduled to send out. Event date is when a partucular message has been sent out. Log date is when a user clicks or open that email. Hi, Default port when making html call is 80, if that is changed you have to provide the port number on the instance url.Let's say you are using windows IIS for redirection, default site in IIS will have 80. If you are using the default site for campaign redirection, you can access instance without port, else you have to provide the port that is used on that site.Check if your redirection config might have recently changed by some one. -Prasanna.

You will never have duplicate profiles based on primary key because primary key is always unique. I think you might have to deduplicate based on other field like email address.Thanks!

You should select the actual event in the query activity> poperties (event whioch you created)Do some filtering bvased opn the criteria you need- I did it for non empty email addresses-When preview it on query activity itselfand configure the preview list- You will see somethign like this-You cannot add this directly into your additional data section but I think you can export it into a file. It depends on what fields you are pulling from the table and also see if there are those number of delivery logs or tracking logs exist for every event (the number of collections you configure it on the additional data section). If you have the data but is not seen in the UI, try exporting them in file and see. If that does not show up, I would suggest you to create support ticket. Thanks!
