WKF-560029 The document types of inbound events ('' and 'head:profile')
are incompatible (step 'Update data 2') - Here the inbound dimension and
the dimension selected in properties(profile) are not matching. I think
it is better to check with Adobe campaign support to review the
configurations. Without seeing how the workflow was setup, it is not so
easy to provide what could have caused this. Support team would help you

Hi, Contact date is when a delivery is started to send out or scheduled
to send out. Event date is when a partucular message has been sent out.
Log date is when a user clicks or open that email. Log date should be
greater than equal to event date, event date should be greater than or
equal to contact date. if you are seeing logdate before event date,
thats little weird. Check if that is a recurrding delivery, or if the
message is failed(sometimes the email will be delivered to recipient but

header in SMTP section of your delivery to add more reply to addresses.I
don't think that will impact IP reputation but I recommend you to
contact Adobe Campaign support and verify with Deliverability team.
Hi, Default port when making html call is 80, if that is changed you
have to provide the port number on the instance url.Let's say you are
using windows IIS for redirection, default site in IIS will have 80. If
you are using the default site for campaign redirection, you can access
instance without port, else you have to provide the port that is used on
that site.Check if your redirection config might have recently changed

You should select the actual event in the query activity> poperties
(event whioch you created)Do some filtering bvased opn the criteria you
need- I did it for non empty email addresses-When preview it on query
activity itselfand configure the preview list- You will see somethign
like this-You cannot add this directly into your additional data section

It depends on what fields you are pulling from the table and also see if
there are those number of delivery logs or tracking logs exist for every
event (the number of collections you configure it on the additional data
section). If you have the data but is not seen in the UI, try exporting
them in file and see. If that does not show up, I would suggest you to

Hi,It is not working when complete domain is upulled from
personalization block. I used this as personalization block (TEST)-<%

worked. Also you have params attribute as a part of url and adding id

Nazir,Should probably check the name of the parameter in campaign vs
that in the target. If they match with case sensitivity, also check if
the data being filtered in target is case sesnsitive or not. I would
recommend validating below details-- Target location- Parameter name
matchinng on campaign and target- Data filtering on target(validate the
data in campaign with the filtering, specifically case sensitivity).If

unless you check this box(Trap) in test profile config-Once you have
this included along with main target, it is expected to see in the
delivery reports. If you would like to filter that down, you can use by
"recipient domain" (should use search box, wont see it in UI by

Hi,In the query activity, select the resource as actual rt event for
which you want to exract data for. Do not select the 'rtevent' as
resource.Select the one you created in Adobe campaign> marketing plans>
transactional messages> Event configuration. Once you select that, you
can use any filter like email is not empty and got to additional data
tab and add elememts Delivery logs and Tracking logs. You can add them
as collection or aggregates as neded.Thanks!
Have you enabled it or disabled? Try disabling it and see. Then we can
identify if that is an issue with tracking or without. The error is
saying that it is failed to replace tracked urls. If this is not working
even after disabling the tracking , probably raise a support ticket and

Hi Chan,I created tables test and test2, joining with test(fkey is a
foreign key) referencing test2(cid).When pulling test2 data with
collection of test data, I am not able to add the element from test
table in additional data section and seeing this error-But I am able to
pull test data as main resource-But when adding the additional
data(test2 - cid), it will not show null records as they are not
referencing any records from Test2 table, as fkey is null.Thanks!
You should see the very first comment from Tobios on this, - Open the
properties of the main delivery and see which routing was selected-Go to
Administration> Platform > external accounts and see if the above
routing exists there. I am sure it does not exist. Reselect the new
routing you ahve and try the proof. By seeing your error it is clearly
seen that external account is deleted. Thanks!
Hi,There is no approval task activity in Adobe campaign standard like
classic does(Approval ), It has to be implemented manually using
activities like external signal , test activity and so. But this is not
a approval process through an email, we have to make a API call to
external activity to trigger the workflow like below, not sure if we
have other ways to implement the same.
Hello,I am not sure why JWT expires in 15 min. By default Adobe IO JWT
token expires in 24 hours from the time of issue.More details discussed
in JWT access token: How can I change the expiration?Also ACS does not
trust IPs to makeREST call, you will need JWT token and the
recommendation is to have a short time expiry for the same.More details
