Doug, (and others!) Your solution cover expenses, but what about Hours? Is there a way to tease out "labor per fiscal by project"? I don't see a way to make custom forms for hour/timesheet entries?

This means it's a built-in and can't be deleted. You can sometimes disable these via the Layout Templates instead (though unfortunately, not always).
