If User A delegates to User B, then user B should get all the notifications, access, etc. (including Workfront Proof) that User A would have otherwise received. Which means reports/dashboards would work properly. We use custom dashboard hotsheets as My Work has never worked as needed for most users....

Or just simply allow multi-select in the list of Layout Templates so one can make sweeping changes to all, or a subset, of Layout Templates.

I still can't quite figure out why Workfront doesn't have a setting that is basically "do not allow logging time if planned hours have been exceeded." I mean, is it normal to just let someone assigned to a task go over-budget with no warning to either the assignee or the project owner? Madness.

I like @EmmaGr 's suggestion; just let them be automatic based on initial input dates.

My take on ideas to make this work:Being able to have certain objects "owned" by the system itself, rather than a specific person.Or, owned by some concept of "all admins."Or, just to easily transfer ownership of any object—ANY object—to another person, preferrably as a bulk edit.

After writing a long response to your complaints about this system elsewhere in the Community, I was certainly obliged to upvote this one. 
