So, I found the solution to this. the problem is the the IP trying to access the web application in preview mode or debugging mode needs to be white-listed. After doing that it resolves my problem.

Hello,I am seeing the following error when trying to open my web application.BAS-010063 An error (-53 code) has occurred. Your rights do not enable you to view its details.I only see this error when the parameter in the url of the web application has preview=true. If I update it to preview=false it works fine. I have tried to update the authentication setting to anonymous to no avail. Is there additional setup I am missing for the web application?

Hello,I would like to call a workflow from the Adobe API. I have a test workflow with an external signal on it, I am just curious on the payload I should be using to call the API. I have not been able to find it in the documentation as of yet.
