I would like to see the ability to create an alert for when a target
report is not meeting the set goals. This would be useful, especially
when goals are set monthly or quarterly as it's easy to forget to check
the report manually.
Great tip beskelton, however unless you knew the trick that isn't
terribly intuitive. I like Jenni's idea better. Something in the
interface or maybe a special consultant/agency login where you can add
all your different Omniture accounts in one place.
I know this request won't affect all customers, but I'm guessing many
agencies and consultants like me would appreciate something like this. I
currently have access to 4 different Omniture implementations, and that
is likely to increase. It would make things a lot more efficient if I
didn't have to change out the company name and user name each time I
switch accounts (right now I'm just using a different browser for each,
but I'm going to start running out of browsers pretty soon!). If there
I'd love to also be able to include a metric gauge with a "site bounce
rate" into dashboards (yes, site bounce rates may not be an overall
useful metric for most sites, but some of my clients have promotional
microsites that it is useful for, and I'd like to be able to display it
graphically as a gauge, similar to Page Views per Visit and Average Time
Spent on Site).
I'd like to add one more - add "instances" and "searches" as alternative
default options. Reports where "visits" are not relavent (like the
search engine report or custom conversions), I always have to change the
default metric from "revenue" to either "instances" or "searches". Why
revenue is even considered the primary default I'll never know. It makes
sense for ecommerce sites, but many sites are not ecommerce driven.
