Sarah, just to be clear the way this works now is:  Segments created in Discover = available to all report suites in SC 15Segments created in SC 15 or DW = available only to the suite on which it was created So it sounds like we're halfway there, but your point is well-taken. 

Try using two fingers to click and drag. . . that's standard for draggable web elements on iOS. We added the ability to press and drag with two fingers a couple of years ago. If it's broken, please let me know.

We will correct the reference to DirectAccess in the Dashboard Manager. To be clear, DirectAccess has been end-of-lifed and should no longer be available within the product.

I combined several similar ideas into a single thread here.  Please continue to provide feedback. This is definitely something that is on our radar, along with a number of other segment management improvements.

That's a good idea, actually. However, a couple of weeks ago we decided to go ahead and make this change; enough customers have upgraded that it makes sense to make SC 15 the default.

It kind of depends on the segment. The ones that you mentioned are applicable to all report suites. But segments that use custom variables are going to differ from suite to suite. eVar5 might be "Internal Search Terms" in one suite, but "E-mail Campaign ID" in another.
