@Silk , that is how I have created single-page visit segments personally. If the results appear to be different than what you get when looking at a Single-Page Visits metric, you may want to open up a ticket with Adobe Customer Care or run it by a consultant if you've got one.

Both of these requests have been implemented, actually. Bounces and Bounce Rate are now available as metrics in ad hoc analysis, and a Bounce Rate segment is created simply by doing Visits (or Visitors) where Visit Depth = 1.

Actually, I think this is a different idea than the one you linked to. I'm going to leave it here and we'll see what votes/comments we get. 

This was implemented in our Spring 2014 release.

You can now see mobile operating system versions, as requested. I will mark this as "partially implemented" because the request for Apple device versions has not been implemented yet.
