We were able to successfully do this by putting the loading of target within an if statement within custom code in DTM. Thanks everybody for their help. if(!conditional_statement_of_known_bots){ big block of code that loads Target}

Suppress Target within DTM - Adobe Target 27-02-2019
We have times when we do not want Target to fire, for instance when we have a known bot hitting our site. We are using DTM and are able to abort the Analytics call based on url parameters. Is there a way to do the same thing for Target?

Change the parameter you look for when the referrer is maps.google.* - Adobe Analytics 14-08-2013
Currently, SiteCatalyst looks for the properly formatted "q=" when the referrer is "*.google.*". We started seeing query strings added to the maps.google.* referrers. They are using the "q=" to designate what Google Places link the user potentially was looking at. They are using a "dq=" to designate the query that the user typed in. We are seeing urls for our keywords when the referrer is maps.google.com. This is not very helpful. I would think you need to update your lookup table that has the k...

Show days of weeks more easily in graphs - Adobe Analytics 12-01-2011
It would be nice on SiteCatalyst trended graphs for there to be some visual clue for days of the week. Something like a different color for weekends.
