Just some basic checks.... Are there multiple report suites in your implementation?  Do you filter out employee traffic and no customers have performed the button click action? Did you check your date range?  Hope you discover the issue!

How about using MATCH \*-*\     ?   This would not explicitly check for 2 characters between the dash but does check for the \ - \ sequence.  Unfortunately I also have struggled with the lack of a single character wildcard.  Would be great if ? worked here.

Thank you for your reply! Just to clarify your above example, is E the last page in the visit or second to last page?  There was some discussion among my teammates who maintain that the time spent on the last page of a visit is not recorded and would not be included as part of the visit length.  

Thanks!  I hope they are able to resolve the issue.In the mean time, I created a custom metric that reports a similar value: Total Seconds Spent/Page Views.

The metric average time spent on page is not available in reports and analytics.  Do you have an alternative suggestion?  

Same thing here!  I use this metric regularly and this month when I went to pull it, it was missing!  Any response yet from Client Care?  Average time spent per visit does not provide the same data that I am looking for.
