Hi Naveen,We faced the same issue. Post the successful integration of AEM and campaign, we were not able to see the templates when synchronized. When raised a support ticket, we were asked to change the password (new one) for campaign-remote user and it worked.Also, sometimes, you may see the below error while synchronizing and AEM author url needs to be whitelisted by Adobe support team to resolve this.

I have then white listed the domain and it worked.Go to Administration > Campaign Management Non Deliverables Management > Mail rule sets > Domain ManagementAdd your domain (xyz.com/gmail.com) and ask Adobe support team to restart the MTA to finish the whitelisting process.You should then be receiving the emails in the inbox.Please let me know, if this worked.

Hi Adhiyan,I agree with you. But, when i was trying to trigger the workflow (to enable the signal), i am getting the following error. Also, i have scheduled the campaign to run every 1 minute (to see if it helps) and nothing worked.Today, even the technical workflow failed with the same error (Database record not found).Questions:1.
