Starting on Tuesday, 8 November 2011, the term "Keyword Unavailable" will appear in keywords reports, and this traffic will be identified as Natural Search traffic in Referrer Types, Search Engines and Marketing Channel reports.
Items 2 and 3 are available in SiteCatalyst 15. Admins can set default metrics per report. Item number 1 is under consideration. Thanks for submitting!
I believe this problem is solved with SiteCatalyst 15. Your concern about latency and implementation complexity are resolved, and all conversion reports are subrelated to all others. Good news, eh?
