You can delete segments/calculated metrics and reports won't break. We soft-delete things on our side, meaning we still apply them in reports where they are used, even if you've deleted them. I will try to remember to update this thread. For sure though, we will put the update in our release notes. We don't have a scheduled release date for the "unspecified" improvement yet though.

We will update the status of this ticket as it gets closer to release - "in progress" , then "coming soon", then "delivered". No release date can be shared at this time.

We have plans to bring both features that you mention to Workspace soon. You can follow along on on the two features here:- "correlation" (table builder) functionality: Workspace Table Builder - 50K downloads: Allow for more than 400 rows of data in Analytics Workspace

While we don't plan on increasing the 400 row limit IN the UI at this time (due to browser speed issues), we are working toward letting you download 50K rows/breakdown soon. That would bring the data extraction capabilities in line with Ad Hoc.
