There is no AEM segmenation API

Looks like this option is not available. If you want to create reports that contain JCR data, you can build a custom Excel service and write out the data to Excel. This option gives you way more control and flexibility. See: https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/aem-reporting-service.html

This requirement would be done at the Java level. So in your Java proxy classes, ensure you have the correct application logic to consume the encrypted SOAP call. There is no configuration setting on the AEM side. All the logic has to be within Java app logic.
