might be because your pageview is within a visit container. that means, the condition „after 1 visit“ starts to look in visit 3 and later.i would change the sequence to „within 1 visit“ and you should get what you want

agree with Gigazelle​ but i would add the metric „last touch instances equals 1“ as definition (because last touch is persistent and might be true for further visits...)

why don‘t you flip rows/cols? occurencies in the column and the dimension (yellow items) as a breakdown in the rows. maybe that solves the issue ...

ericmatisoff​ minute is not available as dimension in tim-parting. if you look close at the screenshot, the minute is linked to one exact minute, not all the „minutes“ of all hours...if you want minute as a dimension, you need a custom setup or eait until time-parting will deliver this information.
