I would suggest you raise ticket with Adobe Client Care by dropping an email to clientcare@adobe.com . You need to provide the company details and steps to replicate in the email so that team can review and provide the observation.

You can copy a Panel or Freeform table from one workspace project to another but it is not possible to add workspace project data in Report & Analytics Dashboard. Only reportlet from R&A can be added in Dashboard feature available under Component Menu.

With the current feature in workspace, we can select maximum of 400 rows for a freeform table. In case you need complete data, try data warehouse extract. Data Warehouse

Data Availability in workspace can take bit more time then usual depend upon the current latency on the report suite.
