Your description indicates some reinstallation happened either at os level (jdk upgrade or envirnoment variable modification) or at aem product level.  Without complete logs & call tough to find out.  File an official support request.

The url for v1 & v2 will be different. So try to access directly with url and verify

If you are looking to get content in CQ then use external component [1].   If external application like portal needs data from cq the use portal integration[2].  This should answer what you are looking. If div1/ div2 is different component then set acl at component level however from cq ui there is no option.

loopback interface will work.  What kind of authentication you are using?  Are you getting login page but not able to login with entering credentials?
