With in AEP, is there a way to export both Profile and Offers together. i.e I am looking for an output, where Example given below ProfileIDOfferIDOfferIDid1ofid1ofid2   Challenge, I see is Offers (Decision Object Repository - Personalized Offers ) dataset is missing my Pkey with-in Record Schema.   

Step 1: On day 1, I created Source data flow via Localfileupload Step 2: Uploaded .csv with 10 attributes into Dataset : Dataset1 Step 3: On day 2, I wanted to remove 2 attributes from 10   Thus question, could i do it ?

Given weather is time-series based like today in zipcode (88888) has 80 F and tomorrow its 90F and so on. Why would it be record ?   Also, in weather i dont have any personal information.
