If you have just 20 specific pages, what you can do is to pull in those specific values alone rather than the page variable. To do this, in workspace, on the left panel, click the arrow on the page variable to dig into the actual values. Select the values that you require and place it in the table....

Just to add to Kaushal's response. There is a report suite selector on the top-right corner in the Exclude by IP tool under the Admin menu section. The IPs you insert are only for a particular report suite and not for the entire company.

What editor are you using? The file is having comma separated values. You will need to take that into account.
