  • Hi,I would recommend removing the image as it has some sensitive data. As for the question. It is not truncating the data, but using a different method to send the data. When the image request is too large, the library changes the method from GET to POST.  In the screenshot you have shared, you can ...

  • You are looking at an evar and its occurrences. For each server call where the value has not been set or not persisting, it will show up as unspecified. You will need to the evar instances instead to get the right data, or check your implementation.

  • Okay,  I investigated a bit more. I was able to get it working for one reportlet, but not the others. I checked the API call, and seems that is what is failing. The API calls bookmarks.GetReportDescription with the reportlet ID and the error is returned.Looks like either the issue is with the API fu...

  • I tried, and got the same error when trying to import dashboards' reportlets. However, remember that the reportlets are simply reports configured from existing reports, and can be recreated in Report Builder fairly easily. As for the error, I would recommend letting the Customer Care know about it s...

  • Hi Matias,This is almost always because the end date is in the future. From the location you retrieved the request ID, check if the status is "Waiting for data"? if yes, then the selected end date is not yet reached and the system is simply waiting to send you the data once the last day completes.-Hy...

  • Hello,The numeric classifications have been deprecated long ago. For some reason it is still visible when creating a sub-classification. However, I would advise against using it as it will not be supported by the product teams.

  • Glad that this helped. You are correct, you will need to import a value for it to work. You can do a browser export for a time frame (do 3 to 6 months at a time and classify those value which are not classified yet. -----~account balance $ is an internal name. Not used anywhere except in classificati...

  • I really like this.Maybe add shortcuts, like ctrl+shift+click on a cell would create a  filter for that selected value(s) automatically. and ctrl+shift+alt+click excludes value(s) in the filter. PS: can't live without shortcuts

  • If you are not having the "Company settings" under "Admin", then it means you are not an admin for this organization. You can take assistance form any admin to have this completed or alternatively ask for admin privileges and do it yourself.

  • You can try one more thing. Create a numeric 2 classification on Account Balances. Set the value as the evar value itself. If you like to multiply the evar value by the number of instances, then set the rate and hinge to instance. Otherwise set them to fixed.example: here is my sample bogus data.   u...
