Hi @Cross_Leaf Yes, if the configs are common/same for all the runmodes then you can use config(Author and Publish) or config.author(Author Only) or config.publish(Author Only) folders.   Others can go to dedicated runmode folders or use env variables.

Hi @Cross_Leaf  For me Architecture 1 make more sense, where you can have common DAM for all the brands/sites and different AEM based on your architecture, Whereas Architecture 2 is kinda AEM + DAM but offline assets processing.
