How to configure/tune/monitor/manage Adobe Campaign or Email Campaign systems, or/and any best practices to be followed? What are the bottlenecks observed in the distributed marketing systems and how are these tuned/configured for the load while running different campaigns?

What are the various performance constraints in Adobe Campaign, in terms of parallel processing of Workflows, count of database schema or work tables, Data Loading, Email generation?
