I am opening a dialog in Touch UI and able to enter a link to another site. See. The page responds correctly too. How are you adding the link in your instance?

Are you using Editable Templates - in this case - you can drop a component into an editable template that contains a link.

I was about to create a video that steps through this - i am glad you have it fixed.

I have personally never written a query to exclude values like this. Check this for possible help -- Query Builder Predicate Reference
