Sign into your Adobe Account that you used to purchase LiveCycle with.  Go to the manage account section.   Find the plans and products section and click on view your orders.  The download link should be visible for the product purchased.   

LiveCycle is not included in the Creative Suite.  You have to purchase it separately. 

I have my serial Number for the LiveCycle I purchased but the computer crashed, had to replace, now I Need to re-install it to the new computer.
