Uninstalling SPs and CFPs in not supported. Please perform a backup before you install Sps and CFPs in environment and later sanity test to check if everything works well or not

config looks good to me and assume the SLO url was used in the saml config. Apart from that not sure, what could be it. If you aren't able to figure out, Raise the concern with Support and someone can look at it dedicatedly on this.

Is it an IDP initiated flow ? /siteadmin for the path parameter for the SAML config instance suggests that. If it is, this is expected as the logout would redirect you to system/sling/logout amd then drop the credentials
