I have also had users complain on both Mac and PC. It is hard to read and smaller. Not sure why they changed it!

I completely agree with this. It took me hours to build our original forms. If we need to expand them it is a long and tedious process.

It would be great to be able to deactivate fields that are no longer being used. We don't want to delete them, if we do we will loose the data. It would be great to de-activate. Then when building a view or report you would not have to scroll through so many fields and possibly choose the wrong one....

We need the ability to delegate approvals to someone else when someone is will be out. Our workflows are very time sensitive. If the person responsible for approving is out the workflow will stop unless another person has been manually added in. This can be time consuming and is not very efficient. ...

I agree 100%. We have over 100 workflow templates that need to be shared with different users. Anytime a new user is added or their roles change it is very labor intensive to share each of these individually.

This is a big issue for us also, we could use this right now!
