Subject field as well as project fields needs to be OPTIONAL and a user who is setting the forms and fields up should have the flexibility in what order and if whether they appear at all.

If I am an owner of the project, I would like to receive an instant notification if someone (with 'contribute' access to the project) adds a new task to my project. A task which is even unassigned and there are no updates being made to it.
