Does anyone know of other plugins or API connections with other MS products, such as MS Lists? We'd like to bring MS List items from our clients into Workfront instead of maintaining data in multiple platforms. 

This backlog issue is something we're struggling with as well. It would be nice if items that link to our Team Kanban get updated from the backlog to the appropriate column when the task status is changed. We've been having similar issues the last couple of days. Time not being saved. Or you can make one time entry on your timesheet and then it grays everything out. I've submitted a helpdesk ticket.

We do the same as Heather - evergreen projects that collect ad hoc requests or capture support time for items like meetings, consultation, website support. We open a separate project for a business line area if it is a large deliverable with a defined timeline, such as an event or publication.

Agreed. The tone of the e-mail and no background led me to believe it was a spear phishing e-mail. I reached out to our rep and got more background. Not communicated well at all initially.

This would be a great improvement. And a way to easily show the relationship between a parent and child task showing up on the Kanban board. Right now we're naming conventions, but when there are a lot of items on the board, everything gets mixed up.
