When creating an Agile project, the tasks default to the start date of the project. I would like to set the tasks and any consecutive tasks to take on the end date of the project or 1st sprint of the project.

I'm trying to determine how to measure or show the executives and business owner a way to measure progress within an Agile project when most of people assigned tasks and issues are not full time. I appreciate your input.
