@skyehansen - Would there be a way to adjust that formula so that it didn't use the reference number but started at 0001 each year and counted up with every new project created? So, something that would produce a result like G24_0001, G24_0002, etc.?

Having a problem where if there is an attachment on the jotform submission the form data does not show up in the request description. However if there is no attachment the form data populates the request description.

In the settings within edit project, change the Completion Mode setting to Automatic. That way when all the tasks are marked as 100% complete, the project status automatically changes to completed and the project will drop off your report. Dave Breiter Bolton & Menk
