LOL. Yeah I think an exists or contains statement would be appropriate but I'm not sure of the field and join statement to interrogate. The combinations I've tried don't seem to be working. To be sure, you guys only get a question from me after I've exhausted the big brains here (I'm fortunate enoug...

OK now for the extra bonus question. This gets me the list in a View. But I'm actually trying to Filter to find all Issues that have a Primary Contact that is on a certain Team. So I'm starting in the Issue Object. I'm looking for the Other Teams (really All teams) of the Primary Contact for a speci...

Hi Tim, I don't believe so. But there's definitely a way to do it in Excel if that's what you're exporting to. I'd have to look it up to refresh my memory, but let me know if that's useful to you.

Hi All, Hope you all had a great Holiday season and start to the new year. I'm looking find a field for the Primary Contact "Other" Teams". Or All Teams they're on. I can find the Primary Contact Home Team ID, but I want to be able to inspect the Other Teams that Primary Contact has. I can't find th...

Hi Darren, It is unrelated to the Work On It button. You just need to make sure the notification is turned on at your Global settings (and obviously the User's settings). NOTE: it only applies when the successor task is assigned to an Individual. It won't notify a Team when a predecessor is complete...

Hi Sydney, Our Helpdesk form is pretty basic as well. This was intentional so it was easy and straightforward for our users. We found the more questions we asked, the more difficult it was for them, and we'd often get false information. For example, they may say an application is down, when in fact ...

Yeah I agree. We don't get too fussed over a task date moving unless it impacts the project date. But if the project end date moves the PM has a few options. Verify the tasks are correctly estimated and linked If so, see if they can tweak the schedule to reel the date back in (i.e. add resources, ad...

Hi Michelle, The bulk edit and Autosave are actually unrelated. But the Autosave is over to the right side on the project view. But if they're not able to do a bulk edit and don't see the Autosave, the first place I would check was to verify they have a Planner license. If they don't have a Planner ...

Hi Lauren, As Skye mentioned they will show up wherever their Planned Completion Date falls. If that's in the past, doesn't matter. It only looks at the date. However, it depends on which planner you're looking at. If you're looking at the Agile Team Working On planner tab, there is a switch you can...
