I'm not positive on this, but is there a chance you have SSO turned on for your environment? That might affect it. Hopefully someone with more Proof experience can chime in.

This functionality would be a win for our teams, too. It's not exactly a "required" field if a user can close the task without filling out said field!

Sometimes we just need another set of eyes for the most simple answer. Thanks Skye, the idea of separating this out into three reports on a dashboard actually did not come to my mind! At the very least that will be more digestible for our leaders.
