hi Sarah, there's not a way to force a view on someone, especially not as a default. If you have system admin access, you can log in as that user, and change the view for them, but that's about it. I'd support adding a fourth. I think it's silly that you can't put tasks on hold. Projects and issues can go on hold but tasks can't? Seems like oversight. We have the same problem, and while we've managed to deal with it as best we can in Classic, I feel like the new Experience UI is going to make the problem worse as the fields are even more spread out.
