Hi Jason,Can you explain this a bit more? We have only our required reviewers on each proof version then the designer makes the changes and uploads a new version to those same reviewers/workflow to confirm changes were done or make new comments.

One way to do this would be to have any custom message also appear as a pop-up when the proof is first opened. This is how another proofing system handles it and it was the most successful way.
