Barry, If the PM wants to extend the duration, even with fixed dates constraint, the duration should be extended. In other words, override the constraint. Allow project owners to change multiple tasks that have the same duration but different start dates... In MicroSoft Project, we were able to select duration on multiple tasks and edit it to change the duration on all selected tasks. WF does not allow this so please enable a mass edit on duration. ht...
