Click on Workflow Properties - > Execution Tab -> Check "Log SQL queries in journal" . Then whenever you execute the workflow you can see the exact SQL queries that are running behind the scene . Hope this helps!

oracle client installed on app server should be 12.1.0.2 . That should resolve the issue . After reinstalling the oracle client to 12.1.0.2 Copy the tns entry for the  database to the new tnsnames.ora file.Modify the PATH variable to point to the new Oracle client install .Restart the Adobe services

So 12.1.0.2 is the oracle client version in the ACC App server? Assuming it is hybrid solution and ACC App server is not hosted in Adobe.
