I don't see any problem with having 103 items. How are you populating the Drop Down? What exactly happens after selecting an item in this Drop Down? Do you have some complex script that populates other field(s) on the form? Do you see any errors in your browser console?
Do you have other AFs or just the 1? Same issue for other AFs? Can you (if you haven't already) create a new AF, empty using Blank template, under http://localhost:8080/lc/aem/forms.html/content/dam/formsanddocuments, and see what happens?

After the guidelib.dataIntegrationUtils.executeOperation fires, do you see "guideContainer.af.dermis" in the Network tab of your browser console?And do you have any Validate expressions in your form?
Hi Suresh. I am assuming you can see the "Inside err len ===0 " before "after fdm" in your console log? Are there any errors in your console log? Or error.log ? Can you tell if the record is being created? Cheers Moris
