Google play store requires us to go to API 28 by Nov 1st. We have been running API 26 with Adobe Mobile Library 4.13.6. We recently updated the App to API 28 and the Adobe Mobile Library to 4.17.9 and deployed. Once our users started to download the updated App, Adobe Analytics reporting for Android users tanked.
