Hi,Will it be an official domain? if yes then try to send another person with the same domain, if it's still the same problem then try to make that official domain to Cloudflare access and whitelisting.
before setup branding configuaration for subdomain, you have to Configured subdomains in Adobe Experiance cloude (subdomain management).then wait or contact for whitelisting. once it's over you can use your subdomain in your instance branding

No need to drag and exclude, please select specific delivery from Delivery ID in report or go to the delivery and pull from there Dynamic report and open with your report structure and rename and scheduled.
