Hi Madalyn, you should be able to turn off the standard filters, views, and groupings through the lists dropdown in the layout templates. It doesn't remove them from the system but anyone with that layout view won't be able to see them.
I'm not sure if you use fusion - I have fusion count the projects under each portfolio or program and add it to a field on our custom form and then we can report on that number.
We use a custom form with a drop down for Partial or Full Days off. We don't use the built in Time Off Calendar because we need to have days off approved so we have a request queue for PTO.
You can use the time off calendar built into Workfront for time off if you don't need them approved. We have as request queue with a custom form. We embedded a regular PDF that has detailed instructions on how to fill in our intake form. I sized it medium and added logic to it, so they can show or hide it. It seems to work well. The fillable PDF would probably need to be flattened before putting it into the custom form.
