Wait for other replies but for one the system requirements are different for DPS 2015 (Android 4.4 minimum) and I'm guessing older devices won't update to that system.The 'unsupported devices' section in the GooglePlay Developer console may provide more details about all this.

I'm guessing you are talking about the splash screen. These can be added in the Apps section of the dashboard, in the 'Assets' tab.

You may get additional information from other forum members but all I can say right now is there is a limit of 40 characters per keyword and I've managed to add over 120 keywords in a 'quick' test.
