Couldn't be a problem with the time zone? Perhaps the alert system checks the wrong hourly range (i.e. not the previous one but the current one), thus resulting in a mathematically zero PV, being data not already rose in the report suites.Any idea? Thanks,Francesco

Hi,I have checked, and it seems the report suite being correct. Besides, no segment has been applied. It is a very very simple alert indeed. This is a snapshot:Thanks

Hi everyone,I created a new alert this morning, in order to let me know when the traffic gets too low i.e. when it drops below 300 page viewed in an hour. This hourly alert is very simple, indeed. Nevertheless, noreply@omniture.com keeps sending me alert e-mails stating that no page views were viewed at all.Fortunately, these fired alerts proved to be fake: today traffic is as high as it was yesterday, with more that 10.000 PV per hour.Could someone help me to understand this strange behaviour?T...

Hi everyone,I have a quite urgent need to resolve an issue concerning the population of campaign reports of newly added data. These data had been imported via the classification importer (browser import option) tool, in this way: I downloaded (via the browser export tool) the old data .tab file; then I added new rows with new data (with tracking-codes as keys, etc...) and finally I imported the whole new file via the classification import tool. The problem is that I cannot see any of the newly a...

Thanks ,indeed it seems that my company's network is blocking mails from Omniture. I've added some private mails as well as cell numbers to the recipients... and they received the alerts correctly.

Hello everyone,my system of alerts has apparently ceased to function. I even crated new hourly-based fake alert with very low threshold (theoretically I should receive one alert mail per hour! for each of them!, as the intelligent alert preview shows...), but I have been receiving nothing.Any help? Thanks in advance,Francesco

Thanks Kaushalendra, but it is an iOS app. I guessed it had been properly configured for ANPS, otherwise we couldn't even send the trial message to the test device. Am I right?

Hi everyone,I have an issue concerning the push messaging for an iOS app:I had supposedly written both the correct private key and password in the related spaces, and a test push message to one device (provided the correct token) succeeded. Still, when sending "true" push messages to a broader audience, they all failed to be sent i.e. no one received the messages. What's the reason? Thanks in advance,Francesco

Hello everyone,I would like to ask if someone knows whether Adobe Analytics Alert system recognizes fractioned threshold numbers (as "0.2") or not. Does it approximates a result of 0.34 to 1.00 perhaps? Thanks in advanceFrancesco
