We've modified the code for the selection UI to allow you to easily select all the elements from the list. In the next release, you will be able to Shift+Click and Control+Click to quickly select as many elements as you want, even if you scroll quickly.

There is greatly increased complexity when trying to mass edit metrics on multiple requests, but we are considering this for the next major release of ReportBuilder.
