Bounces and calculated metrics that include Bounce Rate are now available in ReportBuilder.

Apologies for not changing the status on this sooner. We implemented this feature some time ago. Bounces as a metric is available in ReportBuilder, from which Bounce Rate can be calculated.

You are correct that .XLSM-formatted (macro-enabled) workbooks cannot be scheduled through ReportBuilder. This is due to massive security risk to our scheduling servers by running macros/VBA scripts. To clarify the limitation here, ReportBuilder limits requests to 365 periods depending on the granularity, whether it be hourly, daily, weekly, etc. This restriction is in place to ensure reliable performance from the backend. This is a good suggestion, but at this time the underlying system does not support requests greater than 50,000 rows to ensure reliable performance for all our clients. We will definitely consider implementing this feature in the future as the platform continues to evolve and improve.
