This has now been mostly implemented. And I can tell you that list variable management is coming in our next release.

Pleased to report that SC 15 now offers the same latency as SC 14. For traffic metrics, this is a few minutes; for conversion and other metrics, it is 20-25 minutes. To turn this on, click "Yes" next to Include Current Data in the report header.

This is now available. Admin users can enable and disable merchandising, pathing, participation, event serialization, and more.

Excited to report that this functionality is now available in Discover, and sequential segments created in Discover can be used (but not edited, yet) in SiteCatalyst.
